What incoterms do you work with?
EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP, depending on your agreement with the supplier.
How do I receive inspection reports?
By email as a PDF with photos, usually within 24 hours of the inspection.
Typical timelines to Toronto / New York?
Ocean is roughly 4–6 weeks port to port; air cargo is typically 3–7 days.
Can you consolidate from multiple suppliers?
Yes — combining cargo from several suppliers is one of our core services.
Do you handle customs clearance?
We coordinate clearance with licensed customs brokers in the USA and Canada and prepare the documents.
